I have a ? on the Endovenous ablation therapy of imcompetent vein?
We have a doctor that want's to bill the 36478/36479 at the same time as the 93970/93971 ( Duplex scan of extremity of veins) he has a private office and also works for our company and has stated that his private office bills both of these together and gets paid, now we have our director questioning us on why we aren't billing them together, but everything we read states that it can't be billed together, would love some input on this in any way shape or form.
