Physical Exam states:

Physical exam of her left upper extremity shows that the patient has swelling and ecchymosis over her left distal radius. She is tender over the volar aspect of the distal radius. Her radial and dorsal aspect of the distal ulna is non tender. Her radial pulse is palpable. Digits are well vascularized. Her radial, median, ulnar, motor and sensory function is intact.

Would this meet the EPF exam level?

I see three systems

Musculoskeletal , neuro, and cardiovascular so yes, I would assign EPF if this is all I had for the exam.
