How would you score this exam? PF or EPF?
36 inches, 36 lbs, NAD, Tm's red, pharynx red with some drainage.

Do you have to have three vitals to qualify for constitutional?

I know what I would normally say but I have someone questioning me and need reassurance.

I would say it is EPF. As far as I have been told, one or more vital signs is fine for constitutional. NAD alone is also good enough for constitutional.
