Our practice code and bill for Medical Genetics services, often our physicians are asked to examine stillborns. We have been billing CPT 88016, the description of this code is autopsy. Recently our physicians questioned the use of this code, I've tried to research and everything that I come accross points back to CPT 88016. Does anyone else out there use this code for this reason?
