Steady gait, moves all fours, CNs grossly intact


I count the steady gait and moves all fours as Musculoskelatal and CN's grossly intact as Neoro. Im using the 95 guidelines. Is this right??

You can confidently count the "A&Ox3" as psych per the 95 guidelines.
