Hi everyone,
I am going to be taking my CPC 6-16-12, and there is an exam review on 6-9-12. I just wanted to know if this is a free exam review, or if u have to pay? Tips would greatly be appreciated, from anyone who has recently taken the exam.

Read your guidelines for both CPT and ICD-9. Also take time to read the question and know what they are looking for in the answer. Some of them may give you more information than you need to have answer the question.
 
The AAPC offers on line practice exams for very little expense and they are a great way to prepare yourself for the exam. You can see how you do on time and it will let you know what you need to study the most. Hope this helps.

Hello,

Review classes are often times low cost. These are provided by several, even some chapters offer review classes.

I have to agree, the AAPC practice exams are very helpful. Well worth the price, get the package, 3 exams.
