I began to examine the scrotum and upon careful examination found no evidence of residual hydrocele or spermatocele. His exam was completely normal. The left side was normal as well. The testicles were descended bilaterally and cord structures were normal. At this point I decide to abort the procedure as he has a normal exam under anesthesia.
