Wiki Examination - correct counting for complete exam

In a recent webinar it was mentioned in regards to auditing a chart in the Exam section you need either 8 systems or 8 body areas counted separately for a complete examination. Is this true? Where would I find documentation in regards to this question to substantiate this change to my docs?
