I need some help on this...one of our physicians did an IM Nailing of the Tibia, ORIF of Bimalleolar Fx, and an "exam under anesthesia" of the knee. I got the first 2 but am having trouble on the exam under anesthesia...is that even billable? If so, what code would I use? Here is what is dictated for that portion:

The knee was then put through an examination under anesthesia and was noted to be stable to Lachman's maneuver, anterior and posterior drawer as well as varus and valgus stress, at both zero and 30 degrees of flexion.

Doesn't really sound to me like an MUA, but I could be wrong...
Any help would be great!

Thanks
