Can we use something other than a G Code for patients that have commercial insurance, not Medicare, and are over 65? G0438 and 39 are being denied. Maybe a dummy code?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

G0438 and G0439 are only for Medicare. For commercial insurance prevent exam you need to go to the CPT book and look under preventive exam, there are codes for either new or established and the age ranges.
