Wiki Excessive Coumadin Level

Patient takes Coumadin. Patient's INR was critical and PT level high. You can't use the poisoning codes with an E code for therapeutic use - so I am looking at 790.92 as the dx code. Is to appropriate to assign E934.2 with this or best to leave it off?

If you know for sure it 's an adverse reaction to Coumadin then assign it.
