Wiki Excessive Coumadin Level

Patient takes Coumadin. Patient's INR was critical and PT level high. You can't use the poisoning codes with an E code for therapeutic use - so I am looking at 790.92 as the dx code. Is to appropriate to assign E934.2 with this or best to leave it off?
