Wiki excision codes that do not require repair code?

Hello,

Any idea where I can find a list of excision codes that do NOT require repair codes and a list of excision codes that DO require repair codes? It is my understanding 11400, 11420, and 11440 do not require repair codes.

Not sure exactly what you are asking.
codes 11400, 11420, and 11440 include simple closure if needed. If repair by intermediate or complex closure is needed it should be reported separately.
