HOW WOULD YOU CODE THE EXCISION OF A CYST FROM A LIGAMENT IN THE SPINE? :confused:
 
Thanks for the info.

Without having chart notes or operative report to review, you might look at 11400-11406 or 11600-11606; or 21930-21936. If these wouldn't apply, you will probably have to bill with an unlisted number (20999?) - remember to send in the chart notes or operative report and provider the payer with comparable(s) that as close to the procedure as possible.
