Hi everyone! Help needed please!! I have a surgeon who performed removal of a frontal skull bone osteoma DX D16.4 (not performed in the frontal sinus, endoscopically or intraorally). Transverse incision made over the forehead mass and excised using an osteotome and mallet and the bone was then smoothed with a rasp. Any ideas... Already looked at 21026, 21029, and saw an article that said to use 61500! :eek: Any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA
