Wiki Excision Inguinal skin condyloma

Our doc excised a 26cm x1cm ridge bilaterally from the inguinal crease almost to the rectum. He also removed 6 satellite lesions by cattery. Should it be coded with the 11406-50 and 17110? or more along the lines of 17999 and 17110?
