How should this be coded?

A cutaneous skin horn of the left forearm was ellipsed with a #15 blade, and the specimen was delivered from the field. The wound was then irrigated with warm antiobiotic saline. Bovie electrocautery was used to obtain hemostasis and the wound was closed with 3 interrupted 3-0 nylon sutures. At this point the wound was dressed with xeroform, 4x4's and Kerlix. Patient was awakened and subsequently taken to his bed in the recovery in stable condition.

Thanks for your help.
