Having trouble finding the correct CPT. Chart reads "mild paronychia and onychia. The medial border was excised and the area was dressed with Garamycin".

Need an excision code but not sure which one to use. No other info is available.
 
Seems 11765 (Wedge excision of skin of nail fold) has been done, as it was mentioned as excision of medial border. Please query the physician to get a clear picture of the procedure done.
