Can someone help me? I have an excision of a scar ulcer and would exploration s/p sx 24 years ago, w/ suture closure.

Try looking at 15002, you can also code the suture repair depending on the site and size.
If the closure was extensive or complicated, you should code 13160.

I looked at 15002 and that won't work, and it's not a suture repair, it's more of an excision of an abcess/ulcer.
