excision of tumor arising from nail matrix?

the nail plate was removed and bathed in betadine solution. the nail matrix was approached. A large tumor arising form the nail matrix was removed. the nail matrix was repaired with an interrupted chromic stitch. the paronychial folds were closed with the chromic. the arthrotomy was completed and irrigated. the nail plate was fashioned over the newly reconstructed floor of the matrix.

should i code 26115 for excision of tumor from the finger w/ 11760 for repair of nailbed? and is the arthrotomy inclusive or can i code it as well?

any help is greatly appreciated!
 
I'm assuming dr made an incision, seeing he snuck in the word arthrotomy at the end.
I would agree with your codes. Nothing else for arthrotomy because an incision is included in 26115. If he didn't make an incision then I would probably just go with 11750.
