Patient is in the post op period of having a laparoscopic prostatectomy. The umbilical incision isn't healing properly and now they are taking the patient back for an excision of umbilical tissue (In office dictation they are calling it proud flesh) & closure of defect. I have to give codes to prior auth the procedure, but I'm not sure how I would code this.

Would it be the 11400-11406 codes depending on the size?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
