If anyone has any advice to offer for this scenario I would really appreciate it. I am looking for a CPT code for the below listed portion of a pediatric surgery.
Thanks in advance.

"A small normal appearing uterus was also identified. This was connected to a remnant cord with no apparent vagina. The cord remnant was opened and there was no lumen. The uterus was opened at its dome and found to have a lumen. The dome of the uterus was closed with 2 interrupted 4-0 PDS sutures. The vaginal remnant was then resected to the distal uterus opening. It was unclear if the cervix was present or not, however the uterus was patent with a distal opening."
