Wiki excision spermatic cord and testis

Preoperative diagnosis: Undescended left testis with history of left orchiopexy for left undescended testis in July 2013
Postoperative diagnosis: Atrophy of left testis
Procedure: Left inguinal exploration with excision of left spermatic cord and remnant of left testis

I'm struggling with what cpt codes to use, any suggestions?

Looks like CPT 54522.LT, maybe can apply CPT 55520 if there's a lipoma/lesion mention.
