Can someone help me code and excision of retained right tragal hillock? Procedure per op record: Tragal hillock was excised with the use of a #15 blade and an Adson's forceps. The base of the pedunculated tragal hillock was cauterized with a silver nitrate stick. Steri-strip as well as Mastisol was applied. Thanks.
