OP – Excisional debridement through the subcutaneous to muscle on the right lower extremity. Wound measurement 600 square centimeters in total. Versajet hydrodissection was added to this as well for further debridement.

Would the appropriate CPT codes be… 11043 & 11046 X29 or 97597 & 97598 x8 & 97605 -59?
The facility is billing the 11043/11046 and the physician the 97957 & 97598… are both correct?
