Hi there,

I'm hoping someone can help clarify exactly what "Excludes1: Autoimmune disease, single organ or single cell-type -code to relevant condition category " means?

I am running across encounters where the provider documents several different autoimmune disorders and I want to ensure that I'm capturing correctly.

Here are some examples:

1. SICCA Syndrome 2. SLE 3. RA

1. Systemic Sclerosis 2. Sjogren's Syndrome 3. Scleroderma


Hoping someone can provide some clarification or examples on when this Excludes 1 would come into play.
