Wiki Excludes 1

When there is a double excludes 1 note, can we code both? See F30.9 and F33.2. I used my judgement and coded F30.9 as it’s more specific.

No you are right can t code both cause Excludes 1 rule. Edit system and payer will reject if use both dx codes. Pick the dx that is closest to documentation by provider
