Reaching out to see how other institutions bill for an EXIT procedure (ex-utero intrapartum treatment procedure) done at the time of c-section. I'm looking for the otolarynoglogist billing. She did the intubation and obtutor placement while the fetus was partially removed from the uterus during a c-section. The fetus was still attached to the umbilical cord because of his large teratoma disallowing breath until intubation. Surgical intervention was done at a later date. Any suggestions? Thank you!

I know this post has been here a while, but I have the exact question now. The difference being I'm coding for an Anesthesiologist. If you found out anything back then, or if someone knows something now about this procedure it would be wonderful! TIA
