What is considered a good starting salary for someone to send claims and post payments in a pediatricians office?

I am wondering about what would be good/normal for someone with ZERO experience. What about someone with 2-4 years experience?

It's hard to answer something like this because pay is dependent on the cost of living in the area you work.

I am in Western New York and our standard of living is much less than someone in NYC so pay for a Biller here would naturally be less than for someone working in Manhattan.
