i have never done one of these and i have to have it in by today.
and incision was made at the previous scar site and carried through the subcu tissue. the port was mobilized and the fascia with electrocautery and residual seroma was excised. the band was examined the reservoir was transected and the new band reservoir was placed and locked down on the abdominal wall., was noted to aspirate and flush around, 6cc was left in the band. the wound was injected and closed in layers.
i was thinking maybe 43888 but i realy dont know. can anyone help?
