Exposure to blood via mouth to mouth resuscitation

Pt presents for testing due to potential exposure to communicable diseases. Provided mouth to mouth resuscitation to a person who had blood in their mouth.

Med hx of the person receiving resuscitation is unknown. V70.4, V01 and V02 don't seem appropriate. Screening being done for HEP and HIV. (v73.89)

What do you recommend for a "primary"?

I suggest using the screening V codes and adding an external cause code for the exposure.
