Is anyone familiar with Express Plus software to file Medicare secondary claims? I have so much trouble with this software and the EDI department is NOT helpful at all. I have been round and round with EDI for the last 5 months and my claims are still not being paid correctly. Medicare keeps paying too much and I have to do an offset for every one of them. Everytime I call EDI for this software I am told to enter the amount a different way and each time it is not right.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I'm in desperate need of help with these Medicare secondary claims through Express Plus!
