Need help with finding a CPT code- Patient had infection in the lacrimal passage/dacryocyst. Doctor was able to express it without using any surgical instruments. Not finding a suitable CPT code for an expression. Patient was seen for other reasons in the office as well, should just an E/M code be used?

No incision was made. It was expressed, pressure applied and the infection broke through.

If no incision was made, I'm thinking you can only code the E/M.
