Hi
The Dr. performed a Rotator cuff repair arthroscopically 29827. He then performed a debridement Bicep tendon torn 30% , debridement on superior labrum -tear, debridement subscapularis muscle -tear. Would the subscapularis be considered a separate compartment and the procedure qualify as an extensive debridement since three or more structures was debride 29823

Thankyou

Would need to see the operative report.
The subscap is nowhere near the supraspinatus, or at least is very much anatomically distinct, and I would generally consider this a separate structure, but, again, need to see how it is described.
