need help coding, have coded a musculature slide but never a release?
is it the same should i use 24305?
 
the patient presents w/ rt lateral epicondylitis as well as a lt rng fngr flexor tenosynovitis stenosans, and presents for a lt rng fngr depo-medrol inj and rt lateral epicondylectomy and extensor musculature release

couldnt help but notice you have your cosc certification, i asked my administrator if he wuld pay for me to get my cpc certification but he would rather me get cosc certified since we specialize in ortho. however im very nervous im not very experienced in the field have only been coding for the practice since april 2009. is it difficult im thinking about rescheduling?
 
I did not feel that it was difficult but I have been doing ortho since 1992 so I'm probably not the right person to give you advice on that one.
