Hi ,

Anyone please assist to locate the external cause code for the below scenario:

Patient had a mechanical fall with striking her head and neck on the floor and diagnosed as Fall against object

Go to the index and look under key word fall. If you know what they fell from then look under that. You will see many way to fall and things to fall from. You can also code other fall or unspecified fall.
