I am trying to find an LCD for 92285.National Government Services is our carrier in Wisconsin and they don't have one. I go to CMS and there is one for Kentucky and Ohio. We are getting claims denied for dx is not payable check LCD. We have an oculoplasty that is new to our clinic and 92285 is being denied (she does many of these). Does anyone have any insight into this? I appreciate it. I am new to the oculoplasty coding so any insight would be great. Thank you!
 
I just Googled "LCD for CPT 92285" and one of the choices was the CMS LCD which has an extensive list of ICD codes and other information.

Also, if you look for other LCDs and can't find one, First Coast Services, which is the carrier for Florida, usually has a good variety of them and they usually mirror what CMS has posted at some time.
