6/25 shunt tap for hydrocephalus (I used 61020)

6/26 removal of VA shunt & externalization of previously placed right VP shunt(62256 &62230?

6/27 disconnection of externalized ventricular drain because patient pulled it loose accidentally
cpt ???

Could I get some ideas about what you all think about the 6/26 and 6/27 cases?
