One of our Peds doctors had to extract a tooth from a newborn. We're not sure what procedure code to use. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Elaine. It's probably best to use code 41899 - Unlisted procedure, dentoalveolar structures, and ICD-9 520.6 (Disturbances in tooth eruption). It's also best to send procedural documentation with the claim.
