Good morning..
Need help for the best primary diagnosis in the following inpatient case :
Patient admitted for a surgical removal of lower eyelid (including canthus and tarsal) for a BCC tumor.
The biopsy results are `` bcc of lower eyelid invading beyond dermis.
The doctor choosed for a first diagnosis C49.0 due to biopsy result ``....invading beyond dermis`` .
I believe according to official long descripion in ICD 10, that the C44.11x. is the correct code.
Any oppinion ?
Thank you!
