Good Evening,

I was wondering if somebody is willing to share there knowledge regarding the diagnosis coding of F/U sleep studies.

In our hospital facility we have a Sleep Station. The patient for example may come in today because of snoring, fatigue and sleep apnea. The patient returns 3 weeks later for a f/u study and we use the V67.59 (follow-up) and the Sleep Apnea diagnosis.....

is this the correct way to coding the follow up studies?:confused:
