I wanted to see how other places are coding FAA physicals, both ICD-9 and CPT?

We do not bill insurance for these physicals. We make the patients pay at time of service. We use 99395f(our generic flight physical code for tracking purposes) and V70.3. We also do 81003 V70.4. If the patient knows insurance will pay I use 9939_ and same UA code as above. Hope that helps.
