Does anyone know if we can bill face to face encounters and if we can how I bill them?

Yes face to face encounters is what we bill using visit levels. I am not sure what your question is really about, could you please elaborate?

It is for a home health F2F. not an actual office visit. that's why I am asking. He signed the face to face encounter form with all the information on it. so how do I bill it just an normal E & M code?
