Hi all- I have two operative reports and am having some disagreements between myself and a couple others in the office. For the first one it states "Medial Branch Block Lumbar L4+L5). Second one states "Medial Branch Block Lumbar RIGHT L3+L4+L5). Can someone in Ortho please comment and let me know how you would post these or if more context is needed. Thank you!
