when billing orbital fracture repairs - ORIF, ( if applicapable), do you bill bilateral or is it unilateral ? thank you in advance and welcome any thoughts / advice?
 
When we repair orbital fractures, we code for each side individually and depending on what you are doing to each side there are modifiers you can use if necessary. Hope this helps.
