I am in need of some help with part of a facial surgery one of my physicians performed!
The brief decriptions is "Left preauricular SMAS flap with fixation buccal fat pad and additional SMAS tightening for the correction of facial laxity"
Does any one have a suggestion of what CPT code may be appropriate? I would greatly appreciate any input at all!

You could try using code 15829 for SMAS flap, it is an extension of rhytidectomy, forehead or maybe code 15828 with modifier 52. For the buccal implant probably code 21270.
