Can anyone give me an idea of some possible codes for this.

Facial trauma was the reason the procedure was done.

Fat from the umbilical are was removed and injected into the nasolabial fold.

I have no idea where to start with this as I am still in school and learning.

how was the fat removed? Possible a lipo code 15876 - 15879 would be better for the removal of the fat and for the injection you might use 11950 - 11954. I read the tissue graft detail and it did not sound right.

The fat was removed by making a transverse incision in the umbilical area and then the fat was removed with a Coleman cannula.

Another incision was made in the nasolabial fold and the far was injected into the are of the malar region.
