When billing the CPT 36000 in the ER setting for the facility, would you use Revenue Code 760 (General) or 761 (Treatment Room)? I ask because some payers reimburse differently depending on which revenue code is used and I can't seem to find any guidance on which is correct. BTW- the 760 code is paying higher
