Hello, all! Pop question: if a UB-04 is submitted with 99283 under the same tax id as the professional claim's (CMS-1500) 99283, isn't it a duplicate billing? I thought the professional claim was to be reimbursed to the provider's tax id on the CMS-1500, not the facility's tax id. Please help! Thanks
