Wiki Facility charge

We are a FP and lease out office space for specialty clinic. We stalk it with supplies. Do you know if we can charge the patient a facility charge to recoup our supplies we can't charge for seperatly? And is it reimburseable.

On a serious note, you should be billing the office that is leasing out the clinic for the supplies that you are stocking them with. I do not beleive you can charge a facility charge to cover that.

if the facility fee your talking about is s9088 then the answer is no that is typically used by urgent care facilities since they don't schedule appointments We use a generic code for supplies off hand i think it's 99070 i can't remember.....but you can use the regular supplie code in hcpcs or the code mentioned above....some supplies you can get payment for it depends on what it is
