Looking to develop Facility E/M Level Coding Guidelines, does anyone have a model they can share. Point based or Intervention based.
 
Does anyone have any useful tools for this? We are doing outpatient oncology and orthopedic clinics here at our hospital. I'm unsure how to audit the E/M levels that the nurse is choosing for the facility side. I would like to formulate a "cheat sheet" for her that may be helpful. Thanks in advance!
